Chapter 2 – The Legalisation of Adult Content

“Hey, Guys! Did you just hear from the news that those XXX rated stuff in movies magazines will be approved for screening in cinemas and bookstores?” said a young Sangkee to his three other friends as they walked through campus. “Are you sure? It’s been banned for ages! Why did they decide to change the rule now?” replied his friend. The other two friends had a lust hungry look. “Here, read this if you don’t believe me,” replied his friend showing him a headline from The Sangkelila Times that read Porn is now legal in Sangkelila. The friends gawked at the headlines. “Let’s go guys! What’re we waiting for?” Immediately they rushed off to the nearest magazine store outside campus.

Elsewhere in the Republic of Sangkelila men young and old alike head for the magazine stores that now sell adult content that were once banned from this country. Today, the magazines stores all over the country saw a spike in their sales! “Wow! I hope I can have this kind of sales everyday!” Exclaimed one storekeeper to his wife over his mobile. “I think next week we can have a roasted duck for our dinner,” another store owner was heard saying. “By lunchtime I was already sold out on the X rated magazines I have!” Exclaimed yet another store owner in SangkeDome in downtown Sangkelila.

“See what I told you Clown,” said the Council Member of Lust to the Great Leader, “human nature wants Lust! They’re born with it, it’s only natural. They’re created for it and they need to have the avenues to appreciate each other and enjoy each other!” The Council Member burst into a hedonistic sinister laugh, “Hehehehehe…even you’re no exception.” Then he pulls open a portal, “go on Clown, they’re waiting for you on the other side. Consider this as a reward from me for doing well in the last General Election. Hehehehehe.”

“Hey, what’s going on in here today? Where is this snaking long queue going to?” asked Alexis who is with her friends Jackie, William, Darren and Sam in downtown Sangkeliha at The Dreamland Mall. This is largest mall in SangkeDome built and developed by the The Dreamland Group of Companies. “Haven’t you heard the big news? You know that kind of dirty lusty stuff had been legalized for sales in Sangkelila now?” replied Jackie. “Ooooh!” a chorus reply from the other three. “I bet this queue is going to the Fantasy Cineplex. As they pass a big billboard showing the movie tickets on sale status, a movie titled “The Lusty Lover” had all tickets sold out! “What a waste of time! Why didn’t they have more time slots for this movie?” Two mature men were overhead talking as Alexis and friends passed by them. The five friends giggled as they heard it and so did Scaly (Alexis’s pet pangolin) who was out with Alexis and friends this time round.

The CEO of Dreamland Real Estate, Thomas, which built Dreamland Mall was on the line with Adrian, the CEO of Fantasy Entertainment Ltd. Fantasy Entertainment Ltd operated the chain of Fantasy Cinemas all over Sangkelila. “Today my sales will break all previous 1st day screening of those usual boring movie titles! All over Sangkelila my cinemas had reported sold out tickets for movie The Lusty Lover!” The CEO of Fantasy Entertainment laughing heartily as he spoke. “Let me arrange tomorrow night’s session at Fantasy Dome, it’s only right to do so for you,” said Adrian. “Thanks, Bro, I’ll inform our Great Leader, he will be pleased,” replied Thomas. Little did they know that the arrangement was not made for the Great Leader.

“What is this Government trying to do now? Legalising porn is just going to make this society more hedonistic, as if it is already not enough now!” Exclaimed Professor James Chan angrily as he slammed The Sangkelila Times on his table. “Cool down James, let me make you a cup of camomile tea,” said his secretary, Andrea. Andrea is a young lady with blonde hair, luscious lips, hour-glass body and well endowed assets. She works out three times a week at the gym. “Earl Grey tea, please. I’m not about to sleep yet,” requested the Professor. He had selected Andrea as his secretary not because she was gorgeous. Based on his 30 minutes interview with her, he found the young lady to possess intelligence and humour.

The Minister of Culture and Social Affairs seats amongst the 20 Executive Committee of the PFP. He sees the passing of the Bill to legalize porn in the Republic of Sangkelila as a necessary evil. The society has been repressed for too long a time. It’s time to release a bit of pressure. A week before the passing of the Bill of Lust as it is now called in Parliament, the Council Member Lust had already injected his lust serum into the Member of PFP. The Bill was passed without any objection. The Minister was pleased as this would increase the Entertainment Tax to be collected, a very positive contribution from his Ministry to the Republic of Sangkelila coffers, no doubt.

The elder Sangkees were disappointed with that the Bill to legalize adult content was passed by the PFP party. “Why did they allow such kind of materials to be sold on the street side stores?” questioned one elderly gentleman as he stood at the store looking at the cover of an adult magazine. “Now it will surely corrupt the minds of our young adults even more,” agreed his wife who was next to him. “Mum & Dad, don’t worry. The minds of our young adults are already corrupted even before this Bill was passed,” said their daughter and her boyfriend who were with them. “You’d better not let me catch you reading one of these magazines!” the elderly gentleman warned the young man who was about to marry their daughter. “Don’t worry, Uncle. These stuff don’t tempt me. They’re so sick!” replied the young man. In his mind he was thinking “they’re gorgeous chicks, only my girlfriend had boobs and a hot bodies like them, sigh.”

Meanwhile, the Council Member Lust was busy at work in her hive communicating with her army of erotic content producers. She was giving them new ideas on new erotic contents to be produced.
